Setup
There is a one time set up fee of $500, which includes return delivery of your
items to our facility, cataloguing and cleaning your items and building your iCloset.
In Zone and Out of Zone Service
Delivery pricing is based on closet
zones,
which are roughly defined by a 25 mile radius surrounding major U.S.
cities. Delivery requests that fall inside a closet
zone
are considered in
zone requests and subject to a $100 delivery fee. Delivery
requests that fall outside the closet zone
are subject to an out
of zone delivery fee of $200. In
zone service is currently available in most major cities in
the Northeastern USA with more closet
zones
coming soon. If you do not see your city here, please email us at service@flylite.com to
request a city. One of our FlyLite personal assistants will be happy to
notify you when service becomes available in your desired area.

Please note delivery fees do not include laundry or dry cleaning services.
Also, delivery fees do not include larger items such as golf clubs, bicycles,
skis, etc. Your FlyLite personal assistant will be
able to provide you with the fees associated with delivery of these types of
items.
Price Illustration
If you give us 48 hours to get your clothes from your New
York closet to a New
York hotel, the cost would be $100 for the round
trip. If you gave us 30 hours to get your clothes from your New
York closet to your Boston
hotel, the cost would be $300 for the round trip.
Standard and Expedited Delivery
Standard FlyLite service requires a minimum
of 48 hours notice. Requests where less than 48 hours notice is given will be
subject to a $100 expedited delivery charge, and requests where notification
is less than 24 hours will be subject to a $150 charge. Please note that
while we will do our best to accommodate requests where less than 24 hours
notice is given, it may not be possible in some instances.
